Jasmine Tea Jello

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Gelatin powder 1 Tbsp. Jasmine Tea 2 Cups Wate

Combine the gelatin powder with 3 Tbsp. of room temperature water.

Bloom the gelatin

While the gelatin is hydrating, prepare tea according to packages instructions.

Make tea

When the steep time is over, remove tea solids and add the gelatin while the tea is hot.

Combine

Once the mixture isn’t hot anymore, refrigerate for at least 3-6 hours to let set.

Let set

For sweet jello, add sweetener when the tea is still hot.

Enjoy as is, decorated with ice, fruits or as a topping for parfaits, yogurt or drinks.
