Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Chia seeds 1 Cup Coconut Milk 1 ripe Banana 1 tsp. Matcha powder Optionally - fruit or nuts to decorate

Soak them in the coconut milk overnight (if you forget, 10 minutes are also enough).

Soak the chia seeds

Blend the soaked chia with the milk, banana and matcha green tea powder.

Blend everything together

If desired, decorate with some fruits or nuts and serve.
