Sakura Matcha Bubble Tea

Ingredients

12 Tbsp. Tapioca flour 1 tsp. Cherry Blossom powder 4 Tbsp. Hot Water 1 tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. Matcha 4 Tbsp. Warm Water 1 1/2 Cup of Milk

Combine tapioca flour with sakura powder. Add hot water and mix with the hands.

Make sakura boba

Make small pearls with the dough (they slightly expand after cooking).

Form the sakura boba

Bring 1 liter water to a boil. Then add the pearls and cook for around 7 minutes (until they float).

Remove the cooked tapioca pearls from the water and place them in a small bowl containing the sugar (this will form the syrup).

Combine the matcha with warm water.

Make matcha milk tea

Put the sakura boba in a glass. Add milk of choice and top with the matcha concentrate.

Assemble

You can also make matcha milk tea by just combining the matcha powder with milk of choice (and optional sweetener).
