Tea Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Whipping Cream  2 Teabags  1 Cup Milk 1 Cup* Sugar

*Feel free to use up to 1 1/2 or 2 cups of sugar if you prefer sweeter treats

Make tea infused whipping cream by steeping the teabags in the cream overnight.

Cold brew tea in whipping cream

Heat the milk with the sugar until it reduces to half its amount and you get a slightly creamy texture. Let cool down.

Reduce milk

Remove tea solids from the cream and combine with the evaporated milk you made in step 2.

Combine

Follow the instructions of your ice cream maker or use your go-to ice cream recipe.

Tips 

Feel free to use any type of tea that goes well with milk. You may use your preferred sugar substitutes instead of sugar. Personally, I use a mixture of xylitol and erythritol in equal amounts.
