Instructions
Blend the natural yogurt, water and salt until combined. The easiest way is to use a blender, but a handheld milk frother or even shaking the ingredients in a closed recipient will do the trick.
You can add more yogurt, water or salt to taste.
Serve cold.You may serve with some ice cubes or decorate with mint and a cucumber slice if you want.
Notes
Variations:
you can also blend with fresh mint, dried mint, garlic, chopped dill or cucumber
to make a vegan version, swap the yogurt for homemade soy kefir (depending on the thickness of your kefir, you might need to add less water)
