Cherry gazpacho
How to add some delicious sweetness to this refreshing summer dish

Ingredients

pitted cherries
around 250 gr.

cucumber
around 100 gr.

red pepper (sweet)
around 150 gr.

garlic cloves

salt

wine vinegar

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
(Optional) Marinate the ingrediente for 2-24 hours.
Blend everything together until very smooth
Cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until chilled - if using frozen cherries, you can serve immediately.
