Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup milk of choice My favorites are almond milk or low-fat dairy
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Instructions

  • Peel the banana.
    Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    Banana, matcha powder and milk
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • If you want a thicker texture, use previously frozen banana (in this case, you’ll need a strong blender).
  • I love using homemade almond milk for this smoothie
