- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup milk of choice My favorites are almond milk or low-fat dairy
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
Peel the banana.Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
- If you want a thicker texture, use previously frozen banana (in this case, you’ll need a strong blender).
- I love using homemade almond milk for this smoothie
