Matcha drinkable yogurt

Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Yogurt around 120 gr.
  • ½ Cup Milk around 120 ml.
  • 1 tsp. matcha 3-4 gr.
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup (Optional) Feel free to use sugar or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients together in a container.
    Quick tip: add the matcha powder at the end. This way it won't clump up and it'll be easier to clean your container, since the powder won't stick to the sides.

  • Just blend it all up!
    If you don't have a blender, no sweat! You can easily whisk the ingredients by hand or use a tightly sealed container like a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid to give it a good shake.
