Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless watermelon
  • pinch of salt/lemon juice Optional

Instructions

  • Remove the watermelon rind and cut the flesh in cubes.

  • Blend until smooth - it doesn’t take a minute. Any hand mixer will do it, no need for a fancy blender!
    Glass full of homemade watermelon juice

Notes

This smoothie can separate with time: give it an occasional swirl to avoid it!
