Instructions
Remove the watermelon rind and cut the flesh in cubes.
Blend until smooth - it doesn’t take a minute. Any hand mixer will do it, no need for a fancy blender!
Notes
This smoothie can separate with time: give it an occasional swirl to avoid it!
