Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • a pinch of salt (optional)
  • ground cardamom to taste (optional)
  • chopped pistachios for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the mango and prepare the flesh.

Notes

  • Any kind of yogurt works well: low fat, Greek yogurt…
  • For a vegan alternative, use plant-based yogurt or homemade soy kefir instead of dairy yogurt
