Spirulina Pineapple Smoothie

A healthy and very easy to make smoothie with pineapple, kiwi and spirulina

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Unsweetened pineapple (around 130 gr.)
  • 1 Kiwi
  • ½ Cup Pineapple juice (120 ml)
  • Teaspoon Spirulina powder

Instructions

  • Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces.
    Cut the pineapple into chunks (peel if using fresh pineapple)
  • Put everything together and blend thoroughly, until smooth.
    Chopped fruit to make spirulina smoothie

Notes

To make the blending process easier, put the liquids and softer ingredients (pineapple juice and kiwi) nearer the blade than the harder ones (in this case, pineapple).
