Easy Chamomile Milk Latte

A super simple and delicious recipe to make chamomile latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Chamomile tea Or 1 teabag
  • ½ Cup Fresh boiled hot water
  • Cup Milk of choice (Frothed or as is)
  • 1 tsp. Honey or sweetener of choice Optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Make a slightly concentrated chamomile tea: steep the dried flowers or teabag in freshly boiled hot water fro 5-10 minutes.

  • When the tea is ready, remove the solids and add the milk.
    You can also froth your milk for a fluffier texture.

  • Optionally, sweeten to taste.

Notes

Feel free to add some spices when steeping - crushed nutmeg, cloves or anis star are examples that go well.
You can also sprinkle some ground cinnamon on the top when serving.
