Strawberry cheese foam for milk tea

How to make pink cheese foam that tastes like strawberry cheesecake
Print Recipe
Prep Time:5 minutes
Total Time:5 minutes

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Sugar (low-carb sugar alternatives also work great)
  • 3 Slices Freeze dried strawberries (around 1 tsp. powder)

Instructions

  • Whip all ingredients except from the strawberries until it gets a foamy texture, but still pourable.
If using a handheld frother, stir the ingredients with a spoon first, so you don’t have cream cheese clumps.
  • Add freeze dried strawberries crumbs and combine with the cream.
  • Pour over your drink.
Specially if your cheese foam is on the soft side, pour slowly and carefully so it doesn’t melt into the drink.

Notes

  • You may substitute the freeze dried strawberries for strawberry powder and also for strawberry jam (in this case, adapt sugar accordingly).
  • If your strawberry cheese foam is too runny, add more cheese cream. If it’s too stiff to pour, you may put it on the drink with a spoon (or add a little amount of milk to it).
  • I’ve only tried this recipe with cold drinks and drinks (with and without ice cubes). If you want to top hot drinks, make sure the cheese foam is whipped strongly.
