Pouring milk over iced earl grey

Notes

To make iced earl grey milk tea:
  • Use much less water to steep the tea. This way the tea won’t taste watered down when adding ice cubes.
  • Sweeten while the tea is still hot, so the sweetener dissolves easily.
  • You may cold brew the earl gray (steep it in cold water for 6 hours or overnight in the fridge).
Take into consideration that in this case, you’d need to sweetened with simple syrup.
